
ingredients:
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup yogurt of choice ( ex. vanilla greek)
- splash of vanilla
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup coconut water or orange juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into smoothie glass and serve.
Tips:
- Add 3-5 pitted dates to this smoothie if you are in your last trimester of pregnancy for extra magnesium, calcium, iron, and fiber while also softening your cervix!
