
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts,diced
- 2 large beaten eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Dip diced chicken in beaten eggs, shake off excess egg, then coat with flour.
- In a large skillet, heat oil or butter, and cook chicken over medium heat until lightly brown and crisp. Cover and keep warm.
- Mix orange marmalade, barbeque sauce, and soy sauce in medium bowl. Add sauce to chicken and cook on medium heat about 10 minutes until thick and bubbling.
