
Ingredients:
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 1/2 cup choice of milk
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1 tbsp caramel drizzle
- Cold Foam
Instructions:
- Pour double shot of espresso
- Add caramel syrup to espresso and a couple tbsp of milk to cool down espresso.
- Pour rest of milk over ice in chosen latte cup.
- Add espresso mix to cup. Mix well with straw or spoon.
- Add cold foam to top and drizzle with caramel Syrup.
Cold Foam Recipe:
- Froth 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp of milk, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to desired consistency in glass container, then pour over latte.
Tips:
- If your coffee is not sweet enough, add a tbsp of vanilla to espresso shot
- Replace 1 cup of the milk with a vanilla protein shake to make this a protein coffee
