Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add cabbage and carrots. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
