Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Iced Latte

Ingredients:

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 vanilla protein shake
  • 8 dark chocolate Ghirardelli melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate wafers and peanut butter according to pkg instructions in microwave safe espresso cup
  2. Pour espresso shot over cup. Mix the chocolate, peanut butter, and espresso with frother.
  3. Pour some of the oat milk in the espresso cup to cool down the espresso, then pour over ice in latte cup
  4. Pour rest of oat milk and protein shake in latte cup and mix toghether.

Cold foam Recipe:

  • Froth 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp of milk, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to desired consistency in glass container, then pour over latte.
