
Ingredients:
- Double shot of espresso
- 1 vanilla protein shake
- 8 dark chocolate Ghirardelli melting wafers
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oat milk
Instructions:
- Melt chocolate wafers and peanut butter according to pkg instructions in microwave safe espresso cup
- Pour espresso shot over cup. Mix the chocolate, peanut butter, and espresso with frother.
- Pour some of the oat milk in the espresso cup to cool down the espresso, then pour over ice in latte cup
- Pour rest of oat milk and protein shake in latte cup and mix toghether.
Cold foam Recipe:
- Froth 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp of milk, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to desired consistency in glass container, then pour over latte.
