
Ingredients:
- 3-4 chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 cups raw broccoli
- 1 cup uncooked rice
Instructions:
- Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce to crockpot and mix until combined.
- Add chicken breasts and season as desired.
- Cook on high 3.5 hours, then shred chicken.
- Add 3 cups raw broccoli and cook for another hour.
- Cook rice according to directions. Serve on a plate or bowl and add chicken on top.
