
Ingredients:
- Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough Roll
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- Your choice of fruit to cover
Instructions:
- Spread sugar cookie dough in greased 13×9 baking dish and bake according to pkg instructions. Let cool.
- Combine butter and cream cheese in bowl and beat until creamy and well combined.
- Add vanilla and salt and stir well until combined.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low until combined.
- Frost sugar cookie with icing.
- Slice fruit of choice and arrange on top of icing. Chill in fridge.
