Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups oats
  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Scoop 2 tbsp of mixture and roll into balls. Repeat until mixture is gone.
  3. Chill in fridge 1-2 hours. These protein balls are good in the fridge for up to a week.
