Iced Caramel Latte

Ingredients:

  • Double shot of espresso
  • 1 1/2 cup choice of milk
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1 tbsp caramel drizzle
  • Cold Foam

Instructions:

  1. Pour double shot of espresso
  2. Add caramel syrup to espresso and a couple tbsp of milk to cool down espresso.
  3. Pour rest of milk over ice in chosen latte cup.
  4. Add espresso mix to cup. Mix well with straw or spoon.
  5. Add cold foam to top and drizzle with caramel Syrup.

Cold Foam Recipe:

  • Froth 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp of milk, and 2 tbsp of powdered sugar to desired consistency in glass container, then pour over latte.

Tips:

  • If your coffee is not sweet enough, add a tbsp of vanilla to espresso shot
  • Replace 1 cup of the milk with a vanilla protein shake to make this a protein coffee
