Easy Yeast Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant dry yeast

Instructions:

  1. Put milk (95-115 degrees) and butter in bowl of stand mixer
  2. Sprinkle the yeast over the milk
  3. Add sugar, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix with paddle attachment until just combined, then let mixture sit for 5 minutes
  4. Switch to dough hook and kneed on medium speed for 10 minutes
  5. Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes
  6. Divide and roll into 15-16 balls. Place in 9X13 pan. Cover and rise for 15-20 more minutes
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes
  8. Baste with melted butter and serve warm
