Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts,diced
  • 2 large beaten eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Dip diced chicken in beaten eggs, shake off excess egg, then coat with flour.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil or butter, and cook chicken over medium heat until lightly brown and crisp. Cover and keep warm.
  3. Mix orange marmalade, barbeque sauce, and soy sauce in medium bowl. Add sauce to chicken and cook on medium heat about 10 minutes until thick and bubbling.
