Strawberry Banana Smoothie

ingredients:

  • 3 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yogurt of choice ( ex. vanilla greek)
  • splash of vanilla
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or orange juice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into smoothie glass and serve.

Tips:

  • Add 3-5 pitted dates to this smoothie if you are in your last trimester of pregnancy for extra magnesium, calcium, iron, and fiber while also softening your cervix!
