
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 28 oz can of tomato sauce
- 15oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 oz can of baked beans (ex. Busch vegetarian)
- 3 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Brown ground beef in large pot with onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper
- Add canned ingredients, spices, and sugar
- Place lid on top, let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
