
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
Instructions:
- Put milk (95-115 degrees) and butter in bowl of stand mixer
- Sprinkle the yeast over the milk
- Add sugar, eggs, salt, and flour. Mix with paddle attachment until just combined, then let mixture sit for 5 minutes
- Switch to dough hook and kneed on medium speed for 10 minutes
- Cover dough and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes
- Divide and roll into 15-16 balls. Place in 9X13 pan. Cover and rise for 15-20 more minutes
- Bake at 375 degrees for 13-16 minutes
- Baste with melted butter and serve warm
